What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care medical practices work directly for their patients - not for insurance companies or government agencies. Patients pay a membership fee to receive primary care services. These memberships allow for more time with the primary care provider, greater access to the practice, and more services. Patients Supporting Patients, Inc., is a non-profit organization established to accept donations for patients in need of financial assistance for the membership costs.

Is your organization transparent?
Patients Supporting Patients, Inc. is a Massachusetts Non-profit Organization with an established Board of Directors. Our Board follows stringent bylaws designed to prevent conflict of interest. We want patients to get the care they deserve. HIPAA regulations protect individual patient privacy, but we plan to publish how any donated funds are being used.

How much of my donation directly supports the cause?
100% of donated funds will be used to support patient scholarships to Cape Cod Direct Primary Care practices. When applying for financial support, a patient will request at which practice he or she would like the scholarship to be used.
